and site installation of High Quality LV Switchgear, Motor Control
Centres and Process Control Panels.

Design and Engineering
- Using computer aided design (CAD) general layout drawings and
wiring schematics are produced for the client prior to build.
- Because we have in-house manufacturing we are able to respond
very quickly to client changes with the minimum of rework and
cost.
Manufacturing
- In-house Sheet Metal Fabrication, Wet or Powder Painting, Assembly
and Wiring.
- We have the flexibility to provide the end user with a finished
product to suit site restrictions.
Delivery

Inspection and Testing
- We carry out comprehensive in-house inspections and test procedures
prior to delivery to site.
- Our clients are welcome to witness the inspection and testing
prior to delivery if required.
Quality Assurance System
- Pandelco Ltd is a BSI Registered Company and operates a Quality
Management System, which is certificated as meeting the requirements
of BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
Health and Safety
- Health and Safety procedures are in place to ensure that work
is completed safely in the workshops and on site, under the control
of the WT Parker Group Health, Safety and Environmental Manager.
- Pandelco operate a safety passport system which is certified
as meeting the requirements of the client, contractor, National
Safety Group Scheme and the Construction Skills Certification
Scheme.

Standards
- Equipment is manufactured in accordance with the relevant BS
and IEC standards
On-site services
- Delivery, ingress of equipment, positioning, re-assembly and
testing is provided.
- We also provide a service for upgrading existing equipment previously
supplied by Pandelco or others.
